Curry mustard sauce

Mix well all the ingredients and serve the sauce very cold.
This sauce goes well with terrines of fish, vegetables, beef carpaccio, or fish.

Ingredients

1 part of mayonnaise
2 parts of curry mustard
1 soup spoonful of liquid honey
1 tub of fresh cream
1 part of fine herbs
The juice of half a lime
