Curry mustard sauce

Préparation

Mix well all the ingredients and serve the sauce very cold.
This sauce goes well with terrines of fish, vegetables, beef carpaccio, or fish.



Ingredients

- 1 part of mayonnaise
- 2 parts of curry mustard
- 1 soup spoonful of liquid honey
- 1 tub of fresh cream
- 1 part of fine herbs
- The juice of half a lime
