Since 1797, Charbonneaux-Brabant has never ceased to develop its brands’ and products’ range by integrating the expertise and knowhow of recognized entities in vinegar, mustards, sauces and salad dressing. Today, Charbonneaux-Brabant has 7 production sites in France (Reims, Nantes, Limoges, Domène, Vauvert, Carvin and Pont de Briques) where each site has its own speciality, and 2 sites in Italy, in Modène, dedicated to the manufacture of Balsamic vinegar.
