The mustard and vinegar of Reims, crafted from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier grapes vinified in prestigious Champagne houses, stand out as the brand’s most emblematic products. The range is meticulously developed in accordance with vinegar and mustard-making traditions. Resulting from centuries-old know-how, each recipe undergoes rigorous oversight, ensuring the highest standards in both raw materials and production processes.

This vinegar, crafted in the pure Champagne vinegar tradition, is made from wines produced from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier grapes – the same grape varieties used for Champagne. We have allowed it the time to develop all its flavors, aging it for 6 years in oak barrels in our cellars in Reims before bottling it at our factory.
