The Reims mustard and vinegar, made from Chardonnay, Pinot noir and Pinot Meunier vinified grapes in prestigious champagne houses, are ones of the most emblematic products of the brands. The range is developed in respect of mustard and vinegar making tradition. Forged by a manufacturing expertise, each recipe is subject to a very thorough follow-up, both in terms of raw materials and processes.

This vinegar, developed in the pure vinegar tradition of Champagne, is manufactured from Chardonnay, Pinot noir and Pinot meunier grape varieties, the same ones that are used for champagne. This vinegar is aged in oak barrel for 6 years, in our winery in Reims before being put in bottle in our company.
